Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. What follows explains the deadline, the method and the alternative once shipping has begun.
Payment is taken and the order joins the picking queue at Mary Arnold Toys. From that moment until packing begins, cancelling is straightforward.
Send the order number to team@stoyhaven.shop, or call +1 212-744-8510. As long as packing has not started, the order is cancelled and refunded in full in 5 to 10 business days.
Dispatched parcels cannot be stopped. Handle it as a return – either refuse the delivery or post it back under the returns policy – and we refund on receipt.
Orders we cancel
There are cases where we cancel: unavailable stock, an error in a listed price, or an address the carrier will not deliver to. We always give the reason and refund in full.
Changing an order instead of cancelling
If the order needs a different quantity, a different item or a new address, call +1 212-744-8510. Amending before packing avoids losing your place in the dispatch queue.
