We accept the payment methods listed below and no others. This page also explains who processes the transaction and what we can see.
Methods we accept
Credit and debit cards
Checkout takes Visa, Mastercard and American Express, each handled by the payment processor.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
Available on supported devices and browsers as an express checkout option.
Klarna
Offered at checkout where eligible. Terms are set by Klarna, not by us.
Afterpay
Available at checkout where eligible. The agreement is between you and Afterpay.
Currency
You see and pay US dollars everywhere on this site. There is no additional fee beyond the total shown at checkout.
How your card details are handled
Card numbers are processed by our gateway provider and never reach our systems. What we store is the outcome of the transaction, not the card.
When you are charged
Payment clears at the moment of ordering, ahead of dispatch. Anything we cannot supply is cancelled and refunded in full. See the Cancellation Policy.
Declined payments
Declined cards produce neither an order nor a charge. Temporary authorisations sometimes show and then vanish. Try your bank first, then +1 212-744-8510.
