Shipping Policy
We post gift wrap, florist wrap and party packaging to addresses throughout the United States from our New York shop. Rates, packing and delivery windows are all set out below.

Flat $8.95 shipping, free over $60, United States only, dispatched within one business day.

Shipping costs $8.95 per order at a flat rate. Reach $60 in the basket and it becomes free automatically.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are generally picked and packed within one business day and then take 3 to 7 business days to arrive. Weekend orders begin processing on the following working day.
Where we ship
United States delivery only. We are not able to ship internationally, and the checkout is restricted accordingly.
Damaged parcels
Damage in transit is our problem to solve. Photograph the parcel and email team@stoyhaven.shop within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Delayed or missing parcels
Should tracking sit still for five business days, contact us and we will take it up with the carrier directly.
